For the purposes of clarity and to avoid any misconception, the terms “Audi Pakistan,” “Audi Lahore,” “Audi Karachi,” and “Audi Islamabad” (collectively, the “Market Designations”) are used exclusively as territorial or geographic brand designations in accordance with Audi AG’s established international practice of adopting a “Brand + Country” or “Brand + City” style.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Market Designations:
- Do not represent or constitute separate companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or legal entities under the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
- Shall not be construed as conferring, implying, or creating any legal personality, capacity, or agency relationship with Audi AG.
All facilities and operations conducted under the Market Designations are wholly owned, operated, and managed by Premier Systems (Pvt) Limited, the sole and exclusive authorized importer and distributor of Audi vehicles, Audi Genuine Parts®, Audi Genuine Accessories, quattro® accessories, and used Audi vehicles in Pakistan, pursuant to a binding Importer Agreement entered with Audi AG.
Pursuant to said Importer Agreement, Premier Systems (Pvt) Limited is expressly entitled and contractually obliged to:
- Import, distribute, and sell Audi products within Pakistan.
- Use Audi AG’s registered trademarks, logos, fonts, corporate colors, and signage strictly in accordance with Audi AG’s global corporate identity standards, which are uniformly mandated for all authorized importers worldwide.
- Ensure that its authorized retail and service outlets in Pakistan adhere fully to these trademark and identity standards.
Such uniform branding is a legal requirement under the Importer Agreement and serves to ensure brand consistency, consumer protection, and the prevention of counterfeiting.
All rights, obligations, sales, servicing, warranties, and claims in Pakistan are administered solely and exclusively by Premier Systems (Pvt) Limited.
Audi AG does not maintain, own, or operate any local subsidiary, branch office, or permanent establishment in Pakistan. Accordingly, Audi AG shall bear no responsibility, liability, or legal capacity whatsoever in respect of any sales transactions, warranties, servicing, representations, or claims arising in Pakistan. All such matters are administered solely and exclusively by Premier Systems (Pvt) Limited as the duly appointed importer and distributor.
